Helpdesk Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Analyst who will provide prompt desktop and network support to internal customers and stakeholders. This role is focused on ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy in all Technical support related incidents such as (but not limited to) troubleshooting, system upgrades and fixes, and management of server and ensures all the IT Team SLAs are met and properly documented. The ideal candidate must create and track IT Tickets, and provision of immediate onsite assistance for all technical-related concerns. We are looking for a team member who can evaluate, document and notify stakeholders of outages or incidents and provide timely updates on TTR (Time to Resolution). The Helpdesk Analyst will lead and manage IT incident related calls, provide in depth root-cause analysis and solution reports to stakeholders, monitor and maintenance of the network, infrastucture and systems, and ensure high levels of quality and accuracy in all Technical support related tasks.

Operational Excellence Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are searching for an Operational Excellence Analyst who will be tasked to own the standardization of quality guidelines and to ensure adherence to existing quality-related policies and procedures. We are looking for a team member who will ensure the improvement of performance and adherence of frontline operators and will conduct quality evaluations and providing feedback to elimiinate AFIs. The ideal candidate will provide recommendations geared towards frontline performance improvement and the elimination of existing quality-related defects. Must be able to conduct regular and timely documented Quality monitors, evaluations, reports and coaching sessions. The individual will have ownership of QA knowledge database and guidelines and ensuring that these are up to date and accurate, and of of standardization of quality guidelines and internal audit processes and checks.
